➡ To promote rural and tribal art and culture with documentation, dissemination, exhibit meals in protecting and preserving the heritage of Odisha beyond the state.

➡ To provide development and welfare services to the Down-trodden, economically backward, socially neglected people and to the weaker sections of the society. The provision for development and care for the aged, children disable and distressed woman are also included in the activities of the organization.

➡ To educate the individual and the community to be aware of their problems and solve them with the resources available through their organized and collective action.

➡ To motivate and involve youth to identify and help to eradicate social evils like gender inequality, dowry, bonded labor, low wage, untouchability, alcoholism, illiteracy & child labor etc. to create a new social order with greater freedom and justice.

➡ To facilitate support & motivate people to undertake different developmental programmes such as land development, watershed management, preservation of forest, social forestry, protection of environment, wasteland development, human resource development, a forestation, horticulture, sericulture, development of community leaders etc.
